Payment

Payment is generally required on checking in.

We accept most major credit / debit cards. (Not American Express)

For booking of more than 3 rooms please contact us by telephone or e-mail.

We will endeavour to provide you with the room youe have booked. However due to operational reasons we are not able to guarantee specific rooms on 1 night only reservation.

Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancell with less than 14 days notice you may incur the the full cost of the booking unless we are able to relet the room.

Curtailment of your stay will be liable to for the full amount of the booking unless we are able to re let the room.
You may wish to consider taking out holiday insurance to cover your stay.
Please note that for winter bookings we cannot be held responsible for adverse weather conditions.

Check In /Check Out Times

Check in time id between 14.00 hrs. and 21.00 hrs.

For arrivals out of the above times please contact us to make arrangements.

Our normal check out time is 11.00 hrs.

For those of our guests attending weddings or other functions will you please ensure you check in before attending the function to enable us to advise you of your room and other essential information.

Smoking Policy

We operate a strict No Smoking policy throughout the guest house. Failure to observe this policy will result in you being asked to leave and a £100.00 cleaning charge will be debited from your credit / debit card. A seated smoking area is provided outside in the garden.

Guests Belongings

We ask that all guests ensure that they leave with all of their belongings. Any items found after departure will be posted to the guest as soon as possible. This will incure a charge of £5.00 plus the cost of postage.
